What happens when I exceed my plan?+

We keep ingesting and send you a heads-up. Overage is billed at a flat $0.40 / M on Team. Nothing is dropped until you tell us to drop it.

Can I bring my own storage?+

On Enterprise, yes. We support S3, R2, GCS, and Azure Blob, with BYOK encryption. Contact us for a residency & key-management conversation.
